目的研究社区孕期访视对妊娠结局的影响，为开展社区孕期访视提供适宜的工作方法，提高孕产妇管理质量。方法分析2009年在我街道社区健康服务中心建档、进行孕期追踪随访最终在本市分娩的产妇1328名(访视组)，并选取同期没有经过社区健康服务中心建档、随访、但在我院分娩的产妇834名为对照组，比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局、孕产期保健知识知晓率情况。结果访视组孕妇的妊娠结局、母婴预后明显好于对照组，孕产期保健知识的知晓率也明显高于对照组，有显著性差异。结论社区健康服务中心对辖区孕妇建档、实施全程的孕期访视是保障母婴安康重要举措，社区卫生服务机构是妇幼保健工作的网底，应加强其软件建设提升其潜在功能。

Objective:Aimed to make sure the pregnancy outcome influence of Community visits during pregnancy, then carried out suitable working methods to make such Community visits during pregnancy which could improve the quality of pregnant women management. Methods: Analyzed 1328 parturient women(visiting group) who were set up files in our community health service centers 、followed-up during pregnancy and finally got birth in ShenZhen during 2009, selected 834 ones who had no set up files、followed-up but finally got birth in our hospital as a comparing group, then compared the pregnancy outcome as well as their maternal health knowledge awareness. Results: Results showed there were statistical difference among pregnancy outcome、maternal and child outcomes as well as their maternal health knowledge awareness between visiting group and comparing group. Conclusion: In order to make good protection of maternal and child, it is of great important for community health service centers to set up pregnancy files、followed-up during pregnancy. Community health service departments are vital protecting line of maternal and child hygiene. It is important to strengthen the software construction which will enhance its potential function.
