目的研究盐酸米诺环素联合洁牙疗法治疗肝硬化患者牙龈出血的疗效分析.方法将肝硬化牙龈出血患者62例,随机分为A、B两组,A组采用盐酸米诺环素联合洁治术；B组采用单纯超声洁治术.对各组患者牙周各指数：牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈附着水平(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及止血率进行疗效分析.结果盐酸米诺环素联合洁牙疗法治疗肝硬化患者牙龈出血近期有效率明显高于单纯应用洁治术组(P<0.05).结论盐酸米诺环素联合洁治术对治疗肝硬化患者牙周炎症的近期疗效好.

Objective To study the effects of ultrasonic scaling associated with minocycline in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis patients with gingival bleeding.Methods 62 patients with gingival bleeding were divided into two groups ,and patients in group A were treated by using ultrasonic scaling and minocycline therapy, in B by using ultrasonic scaling only. The curative effect was observed.Result The effectiveness of ultrasonic scaling combined with minocycline therapy was much higher than by ultrasonic scaling alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic scaling combined with minocycline therapy is a relatively efficient method in the treatment of cirrhotic gingival bleeding.
