目的探讨社区护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者恢复的效果.方法选择慢性支气管炎患者86例，随机分为实验组和对照组各43例，对照组于住院期间给予常规指导，出院后按常规复查，不进行社区护理干预.实验组在此基础上，进行相关一系列有针对性的社区护理干预.结果两组效果比较，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)，实验组社区护理干预疗效明显优于对照组.结论社区护理干预对提高慢性支气炎患者的生活质量有显著的效果.

Purpose this thesis explores Community nursing intervention on the recovery of the patients with chronic bronchitis effect. Method first, it will choose 86 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis. Second, it will divide into the experimental group and the control group of every 43 cases randomly. Then the control group will be given regular guidance in hospital, and they will accept regular review and not accept community nursing intervention after leaving hospital. However, and On That Basis, the experimental group will accept related series of targeted community nursing intervention. Finally two groups of effect is different. The differences have statistical significance (P < 0.05). The curative effect of community nursing intervention in the experimental group is better than the control group. Conclusion community nursing intervention has remarkable effect to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic bronchitis.
