目的对本院检出的革兰阴性肠杆菌产超广谱β内酰胺酶的状况及药敏进行分析。方法采用标准纸片扩散法，对本院从2010年3月到2012年3月间从临床分离的产超广谱β内酰胺酶肠杆菌的药敏实验进行统计分析。结果产ESBLs的菌株主要为大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌。结论产ESBLs的肠杆菌科细菌造成的感染呈现日益严重的趋势，实验室应加强对产ESBLs肠杆菌科细菌的监测与报告，能更好的指导临床医生合理用药。治疗肠杆茵科细茵时，碳青霉烯类、含酶抑制剂抗生素及可作为临床一线用药。
