目的分析乳腺钙化灶的X线表现及其对鉴别乳腺良恶性疾病的价值。方法对133例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的良恶性钙化钼靶X线片进行回顾性分析其钙化形态、大小、密度、分布等特点。结果133例乳腺病变良性90例占68%，恶性43例占32%。良性钙化一般具有颗粒较粗、数目较少、密度较高、分布相对局限。恶性钙化一般具有颗粒较细、数目较多、密度较低、分布相对集中等特点。
目的分析乳腺鈣化竈的X線錶現及其對鑒彆乳腺良噁性疾病的價值。方法對133例經手術或穿刺活檢病理證實的良噁性鈣化鉬靶X線片進行迴顧性分析其鈣化形態、大小、密度、分佈等特點。結果133例乳腺病變良性90例佔68%，噁性43例佔32%。良性鈣化一般具有顆粒較粗、數目較少、密度較高、分佈相對跼限。噁性鈣化一般具有顆粒較細、數目較多、密度較低、分佈相對集中等特點。

bjective : Analyze the breast calcification X-ray manifestations and find the good value in differentiating diagonosis of breast benign and malignant diseases. Methods : 133 cases of breast benign and malignant calcification mammography X-ray proved by surgery operation or puncture extraction were retrospectively analyzed its characteristics of calcification form , size , density , distribution , etc. Results : Of 133 cases , the benign and malignant diseases were 90 cases with 68% and 43 cases with 32% respectively . The benign calcifications were characterized with thicker grain , less number , higher density , relatively less limited distribution . But the malignant ones were characterized with fine grain , more number , lower density , relatively concentrated distribution , etc.
