目的探讨输卵管卵巢脓肿的病因与诊治对略。方法回顾分析34例输卵管卵巢脓肿病例的临床资料。结果本病为多种细菌混合感染所致，绝大多数有盆腔炎或阴道炎病史；主要表现为反复下腹部疼痛、压痛和肿块，伴有发热和血象增高；34例均行手术治愈。结论本病多因急性盆腔炎治疗不规范所致，当抗生素治疗后疗效不佳或短期内复发以及形成盆腔脓肿者，手术治疗为控制感染和防止复发的有效方法。
목적탐토수란관란소농종적병인여진치대략。방법회고분석34례수란관란소농종병례적림상자료。결과본병위다충세균혼합감염소치，절대다수유분강염혹음도염병사；주요표현위반복하복부동통、압통화종괴，반유발열화혈상증고；34례균행수술치유。결론본병다인급성분강염치료불규범소치，당항생소치료후료효불가혹단기내복발이급형성분강농종자，수술치료위공제감염화방지복발적유효방법。
Objective: Evaluate the pathogeny, diagnosis and treatment of tubo-ovarian abscess. Methods: A retrospective review is conducted for 34 cases with tubo-ovarian abscess in our hospital. Results: The disease is caused by a variety of mixed bacterial infection. The most of patients have pelvic inflammatory or vaginitis history. The patients’ main performance are recurrent lower abdominal pain, tenderness, tumor, fever and high WBC. All patients are cured by surgery. Conclusion: The disease is caused by unstandardized treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Operation treatment is the effective method to infection control and prevention of relapse, if antibiotic treatment is not effective or pelvic abscess is formed in short term recurrence.
