目的探讨经带宁辅助治疗阴道炎的临床疗效.方法对本院收治的81例阴道炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将81例患者随机分为联合治疗组53例与对照组28例.对照组在针对病原体进行抗炎治疗的同时，联合治疗组加服经带宁胶囊，评价两组经治疗后治疗效果.结果联合用药组和对照组的总有效率分别为83.02%(44/53)和28.57%(8/28)，其中，联合治疗组的单纯性白带量多和滴虫性阴道炎的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)，联合治疗组中阴道假丝酵母菌病的治愈率较对照组无明显差异.结论经带宁胶囊辅助能够选择性地辅助治疗成年女性阴道炎，并能有效地提高阴道炎的治愈率.

Objective: To explore the effect of Jingdaining adjuvant therapy on vaginitis. Methods: The clinical data of 81 vaginitis patients in our hospital were conducted retrospective analysis; and 81 cases were randomly divided into combined therapy group (group I, n=53) and control group (group II, n=28). While the control group was under anti inflammatory therapy treatment to the pathogen, the combined therapy group was added Jingdaining capsules, and then the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results: The overall effective rate of the combined therapy group and the control group is respectively 83.02% (44/53) and 28.57% (8/28). The cure rate of pure leukorrhagia and trichomonal vaginitis in the combined therapy group is higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The cure rate of the vulvovaginal candidiasis of the two groups is of no significant difference. Conclusion: Jingdaining capsules can be selectively used for the adjuvant therapy of adult female vaginitis and effectively improve the cure rate of the vaginitis.
