目的观察复方庆大霉素合剂治疗食管炎的疗效.方法将80例发生放射性食管炎的患者随机分为40例治疗组与40例对照组.结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%，反应恢复时间为3.5天，对照组总有效率为55.0%，反应恢复时间为8天，两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论复方庆大霉素合剂治疗放射性食管炎疗效确切，可保证病人顺利完成放射治疗.
목적관찰복방경대매소합제치료식관염적료효.방법장80례발생방사성식관염적환자수궤분위40례치료조여40례대조조.결과치료조총유효솔위92.5%，반응회복시간위3.5천，대조조총유효솔위55.0%，반응회복시간위8천，량조료효유현저성차이(P<0.05).결론복방경대매소합제치료방사성식관염료효학절，가보증병인순리완성방사치료.
Objective To observe the compound mixture of gentamicin efficacy of the treatment of esophageal inflammation. Methods 80 patients with radiation esophagitis occurred in 40 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and 40 cases of control group. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 92.5%, response recovery time is 8 days, the two groups was significant difference in efficacy (P <0.05). Conclusion The compound gentamicin mixture in treating radiation esophagitis accurate, the patient can ensure the successful completion of radiotherapy.
