目的观察复尔凯胃管在机械通气患者中的应用效果.方法我院ICU2009年1月-2011年12月收治120例经鼻留置胃管的机械通气患者，随机分为普通胃管组和复尔凯胃管组各60例，在胃管安置成功率方面做比较.结果复尔凯胃管组一次置管成功率为91.7%；普通胃管一次置入成功率为46.7%.结论复尔凯胃管能显著提高一次置管成功率，减轻患者的痛苦，提高护士工作效率.

목적관찰복이개위관재궤계통기환자중적응용효과.방법아원ICU2009년1월-2011년12월수치120례경비류치위관적궤계통기환자，수궤분위보통위관조화복이개위관조각60례，재위관안치성공솔방면주비교.결과복이개위관조일차치관성공솔위91.7%；보통위관일차치입성공솔위46.7%.결론복이개위관능현저제고일차치관성공솔，감경환자적통고，제고호사공작효솔.
Objective: To study the application of Darfur's kay gastric tube in patients using Invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods: 120 Patients with nose-stomach were randomly divided two groups .Study group of 60 cases were inserted Darfur's kay gastric tube; control group of 60 cases were inserted gastric tube.Comparing the success rates of indwelling two different gastric tube. Results: Study group were inserted Darfur's kay gastric tube in nose-stomach successfully. The one-time success rate is 91.7%. The one-time success rate of control group is 46.7%.Conclusion: Darfur's kay gastric tube has raised the success rate of the first attempt, released the postoperative painful feeling, improved the efficiency of nurses.
