目的探讨综合性护理干预对食管癌术后患者的疗效.方法对我科收治的46例食管癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组仅采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上同时给予综合性护理干预.结果实验组患者实施护理干预后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)，差别有统计学意义.结论对食管癌术后患者采用综合性护理干预进行治疗可有效改善患者预后，可明显降低食管癌术后并发症的发生率及死亡率，以提高患者的生存和生活质量，延长生命，值得临床推广应用.

Objective Comprehensive nursing intervention to discuss the curative effect of esophageal postoperative patients.Methods 46 cases of my branch of esophageal patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, and the control group with conventional care only, and the conventional care in the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention to give. Results patients with the implementation of the nursing intervention, the incidence of complications after obviously lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion after esophagectomy were used for patients with comprehensive nursing intervention treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with, can obviously reduce the incidence of complications after esophagectomy were and mortality, in order to improve the survival of patients and the life quality and prolong the life, and clinical application.
