目的了解入伍新兵的心理健康状况,提供心理干预治疗科学依据,分析影响入伍新兵心理健康的因素.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对757名2008年入伍新兵进行心理健康测试.结果入伍新兵心理健康状况低于全国常模,男性、低龄、农村地区、初中文化水平以下新兵各项指标得分均明显高于女性、城市、高中及大专以上文化新兵,统计学具有显著差异.入伍新兵28.6%存在不同程度心理障碍,轻度心理障碍75%,中到重度心理障碍占18%,7%为严重心理障碍.结论入伍新兵存在不同程度心理障碍,性别、年龄、地域环境、受教育程度对入伍新兵的心理健康状态均会产生一定影响.不同群体的心理特征有所不同,应对不同类型的入伍新兵进行有针对性的心理教育及干预.

Objective Understanding of the mental health of newly recruited soldiers, provided the scientific basis of psychological intervention ,impact newly recruited soldiers mental health factors were analyzed.Methods Using the symptom checklist (SCL-90) 2005-2008 for 757 newly recruited soldiers for mental health tests. Results Recruits below the national mental health indicators, men, young, rural areas, secondary education below the level of newly recruited soldiers were significantly higher than the index score of women, urban, high school and college education newly recruited soldiers, statistically significant differences. 28.6% of newly recruited soldiers there are different degrees of mental disorders, mild mental disorder 75%, moderate to severe mental disorders accounted for 18%, 7% for severe mental disorders. Conclusion Recruits there are different degrees of mental disorders, sex, age, geographical environment, level of education of the newly recruited soldiers of the mental health status will have an impact. Psychological characteristics of different groups respond to different,different types of newly recruited soldiers for targeted education and psychological intervention.
