目的探讨提高腹泻患儿静脉穿刺一次性成功率的方法.方法把门诊输液室腹泻患儿随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组用碘伏消毒局部皮肤后，再用盐酸山莨菪碱涂于局部皮肤，然后进行静脉穿刺.对照组用碘伏消毒局部皮肤后，然后进行静脉穿刺.结果实验组静脉穿刺一次性成功率高于对照组(p<0.05).结论用盐酸山莨菪碱涂于局部皮肤以提高腹泻患儿静脉穿刺一次性成功率是一种好的方法.值得应用和推广.

objective To investigate the methods of improve the success rate of the venipuncture on diarrhea children. Methods To divide the outpatient into the experimental group and control group randomly, and disinfect local skin with the iodine. To paint local skin of the experimental group with anisodamine hydrochloride, then make venipuncture. To disinfect local skin of the control group with iodine, and then make venipuncture. Results The success rate of the experimental group is higher than the success rate of the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion To use anisodamine hydrochloride spread on local skin to improve the success rate of the venipuncture of diarrhea children is a good method. It is worth of application and promotion.
