流程管理是一种以规范化构造端到端的业务流程为中心，以持续提高组织业务绩效为目的的系统方法，其核心是产品和服务的提供者从客户的角度出发，通过分析流程中的各个环节，保留其价值的环节，减少无价值或阻碍流程运行的环节，最终达到为流程创造价值的目的。本课题以手术室的流程改善为切入点，针对手术室流程中存在的手术开台准点率低、连台手术间隔时间长、物流不畅通、资源利用率等问题，利用流程管理的理论及其研究方法，通过项目的开展优化和改善其现有流程方式。优化手术室工作流程，不断提高手术室以及整个医疗机构医疗服务水平，逐步形成一套适合医疗机构运作的、有利于改善医疗机构服务流程的方法。

The process management was a kind of systematic approach, which was standardized, Business process-centric, to continuously improve business perfor- mance for the organization. It was the core and provided analyze all aspects of process, retain the valuable link reduce invaluable process from the customer’s point of view to achieve each of these steps can create value for the purpose of process. This topic takes the improvement of operating room’s process as the key point, use the theory of process management and tool to optimize and improve the process according to the problem such as the first operation is late for time; the time between two operations is too long; logistics are not impeded. It was beneficial for improve the process and level with business optimization and also would become a system method.
