目的了解成都地区妊娠妇女口腔保健知识的认知情况以及口腔健康行为的实施情况,为制定围产期妇女口腔保健计划提供依据。方法对75名妊娠期妇女进行问卷调查。结果84%的调查对象在孕期遇到过口腔问题,75%的调查对象在孕期有牙龈出血的症状。但92%的调查对象不清楚孕期口腔保健的意义。孕期遇到口腔问题时,仅20%的调查对象到口腔科就诊,48%的调查对象咨询产科医生,32%的调查对象不进行诊治。结论成都地区妊娠妇女口腔疾病、尤其是妊娠性牙龈炎的患病率较高,但口腔保健意识不强。需要通过多种途径进行口腔健康教育,并加强妇产科与口腔科合作,逐步建立围产期口腔保健制度。

Objective To investigate oral health knowledge and behavior among pregmant women in Chengdu,so as to develop oral health strategies for perinatal women.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 75 pregnant women in Chengdu.Results 84% survey objects suffered from oral diseases.75% survey objects had a symptom of gingival bleeding.But 92% survey objects were not aware of the significance of oral health care during pregnancy.When suffering from oral diseases,only 20% survey objects would see a dentist,48% survey objects would consult her obstetrician first,and 32% survey objects would not see a doctor.Conclusions The prevalence of oral diseases among pregnant women in Chengdu is very high,,especially pregnant gingivitis,but the oral health awareness among pregnant women in Chengdu is not strong. It is necessary to carry out oral health education in various ways,to strengthen the cooperation between dental and obstetric department,and to establish perinatal oral health system gradually.
