目的对慢性心衰患者的焦虑抑郁状态进行调查分析，同时对这种患者的护理方法进行探讨。方法主要采用调查的方式，对我院2009年3月到2010年3月之间收录的65例慢性心衰患者进行分析，然后和我国常模进行对比分析患者的焦虑抑郁。结果通过调查对比分析，慢性心衰患者出现的焦虑、抑郁以及偏执等状态均比中国的常模要高，且差异存在显著性。结论根据慢性心衰患者出现焦虑抑郁的原因，除了对患者在药物上进行治疗之外，更重要是的是加强对患者的护理，从而使患者早日康复。

objective: to chronic heart failure patients state anxiety depression survey analysis, at the same time for this kind of patients with nursing methods are discussed. Methods: mainly USES the the investigation way, in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010 collection of 65 cases of chronic between patients with heart failure analysis, then, and China's report makes contrast analysis of the patient's anxiety depression. Results: through the survey analysis, the chronic heart failure patients suffer anxiety, depression and paranoia, etc are better than the average of China state to high, and there exist significant differences. Conclusion: according to patients with chronic heart failure in the cause of anxiety depression, except to patients on the drug therapy besides, more important is to strengthen the patients yes care, so that patients recover soon.
