目的研究人性化护理在小儿急性阑尾炎患者治疗中的应用效果.方法选取2011年6月至2012年6月我科100例小儿急性阑尾炎患者，随机分成常规组50例给予常规护理；干预组50例在常规护理的基础上，加强人性化护理.比较两组患儿的焦躁情绪、并发症及满意度.结果干预组患儿的焦躁情绪、并发症及满意度与常规组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论人性化护理有利于减轻小儿急性阑尾炎患者的焦躁情绪，减少并发症，提高治疗效果，提高对护理工作的满意度.

Objective: to study the human care in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis children application effect. Methods: the June 2011 to June 2012 I, 100 pediatric patients with acute appendicitis, randominto conventional group of 50 cases given conventional care; 50 patients in the interention group based on the conventional care, strengthen the human care. Compared with two groups of children's anxiety emotions, complications and satisfaction. Results: the intervention group of children's anxiety emotions, complications and satisfaction and conventional group compared, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: human care helped to lighten the pediatric patients with acute appendicitis of anxiety emotions, to reduce the complications, improve the treatment effect, to improve nursing work satisfaction.
