目的探讨肝胆外科术后引流管的护理方法。方法对200例肝胆外科手术后引流管的护理进行了回顾性的分析。结果199例顺利康复出院,1例出现大出血,因得到及时有效的抢救而未发生严重后果。结论肝胆外科术后加强引流管的护理至关重要。

Objective:To investigate the surgical hepatobiliary postoperative nursing of drainage tube method. Methods: 200 cases of hepatobiliary surgery operation nursing of drainage tube in retrospective analysis. Results: 199 cases were successfully discharged,1cases of massive bleeding occurred, due to receive timely and effective rescue and no serious consequences. Conclusion: hepatobiliary surgery, postoperative care is essential to strengthen the drainage tube.
