目的探讨护理干预应用于高位截瘫病人中的临床体会。方法选取我院2006年4月至2011年4月收治的高位截瘫患者15例,给予护理干预措施,观察临床效果。结果经过护理干预后,15例患者均有不同程度的功能恢复,其中10例患者治愈出院,5例患者并且好转。无一例出现褥疮、尿路感染现象。结论针对高位截瘫病人,给予护理干预措施,可使患者重新树立战胜疾病的信心,提高治疗的积极性,预防并发症。
목적탐토호리간예응용우고위절탄병인중적림상체회。방법선취아원2006년4월지2011년4월수치적고위절탄환자15례,급여호리간예조시,관찰림상효과。결과경과호리간예후,15례환자균유불동정도적공능회복,기중10례환자치유출원,5례환자병차호전。무일례출현욕창、뇨로감염현상。결론침대고위절탄병인,급여호리간예조시,가사환자중신수립전성질병적신심,제고치료적적겁성,예방병발증。
objective to explore the nursing intervention of patients with paraplegia used in high clinical experience. Methods select our hospital in April 2006 to April 2011 high of patients with paraplegia were 15 cases, given the nursing intervention measures, observe clinical effect. Results after nursing intervention, 15 cases are all different levels of functional recovery, including 10 patients recovered after, 5 patients and better. No one appeared bed cotton-padded mattress, urinary tract infections phenomenon. Conclusion patients with paraplegia on high, give nursing intervention measures, but patients to establish the confidence of conquer disease, improve the enthusiasm of treatment, to prevent complications.
