目的探讨全凭静脉麻醉和静吸复合麻醉在支撑喉镜手术的应用效果.方法我院自2009年7月中2012年7月收治喉乳头状瘤患儿24例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各12例,治疗组应用全凭静脉麻醉,对照组应用静吸复合麻醉.观察两组患儿血流动力学变化,统计两组患者术后恢复情况.结果治疗组自主呼吸恢复时间16.5min,术后烦躁0例,干咳2例,不适感1例；对照组自主呼吸恢复时间11.5min,术后烦躁4例,干咳3例,不适感6例.结论全凭静脉麻醉在支撑喉镜手术的应用中,术后不良反应少,是安全有效的支撑喉镜手术麻醉方式,更适合于需多次手术的患儿,值得临床推广应用.

Objective: To investigate the total intravenous anesthesia and combined intravenous inhalational anesthesia laryngoscope operation in application. Methods: from 2009 2012 to July were 7 months of laryngeal papilloma in children 24 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 12 cases in each group, the treatment group were treated with total intravenous anesthesia, the control group used intravenous inhalation anesthesia. Two groups were observed in children with hemodynamic changes, statistics of two groups of patients after surgery. Results: the treatment group of spontaneous breathing recovery time after operation in 0 cases of 16.5min, irritability, cough 2 cases, discomfort in 1 cases; the control group of spontaneous breathing recovery time after operation in 4 cases of 11.5min, irritability, cough 3 cases, discomfort in 6 cases. Conclusion: total intravenous anesthesia in laryngoscope operation application, postoperative fewer adverse reactions, is safe and effective anesthesia laryngoscope operation, more suitable for the need of multiple operation in children, it is worthy of clinical application.
