目的探讨气管切开患者鼻饲营养并发症的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2010年3月—2012年3月护理的32例气管切开患者，总结护理措施。结果本组32例患者中，出现腹泻4例(12%)、消化道出血4例(12%)、便秘3例(9%)、食物反流3例(9%)、胃潴留1例(3%)。结论护理气管切开患者鼻饲营养患者时要警惕并发症，尽早采取护理措施，积极预防及处理并发症，提高护理水平。
목적탐토기관절개환자비사영양병발증적호리경험。방법회고성분석2010년3월—2012년3월호리적32례기관절개환자，총결호리조시。결과본조32례환자중，출현복사4례(12%)、소화도출혈4례(12%)、편비3례(9%)、식물반류3례(9%)、위저류1례(3%)。결론호리기관절개환자비사영양환자시요경척병발증，진조채취호리조시，적겁예방급처리병발증，제고호리수평。
Objective:To discussion of tracheotomy patients with nasal feeding nutrition complication nursing experience.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 2010March -2012March nursing32 cases of tracheotomy patients, nursing measures.Result: In 32 cases, diarrhea in 4 cases (12% ), gastrointestinal hemorrhage in 4 cases (12%),3 cases of constipation (9%), food reflux in 3 cases (9% ), gastric retention in 1 cases (3%).Conclusion: Nursing care of patients with incision of trachea in patients with nasal feeding nutrition need to be alert to the complications,should take nusing measure as early as possible, active prevention and treatment of complication, improve the level of care.
