目的分析婴幼儿骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)活性检测结果,从而对佝偻病的预防提供参考.方法应用全血干化学和免疫渗滤技术方法,检测我院儿保科2011年1月至2011年12月,1289例婴幼儿血中骨碱性磷酸酶活性.结果 BALP≤200U/L者404例(31.3%)；200-250U/L者例660例(51.2%)；>250U/L者225例(17.4%).检出率无明显性别差异,年龄越小阳性率越高,冬春季阳性高于夏秋季.结论 BALP测定操作简便实用,对佝偻病的诊断、预防、治疗有很大的价值.
