糖尿病肾脏损害可分为肾小球和肾小管损害，而肾小管又存在重吸收和分泌功能损害之分，不同部位及功能损害有其相应的蛋白标记物，临床可通过蛋白标记物来了解肾脏损害程度。本文选取了目前临床运用广泛的尿白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、免疫球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、α1微球蛋白、β2微球蛋白、N-乙酰-p-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、Tamm-Harsefall蛋白(THP)以及最新发现的谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶(GST)分别阐述。

Diabetic kidney damage can be divided into glomerular and tubular damage which including reabsorption and secretion dysfunction points.The damage of different parts and functions have corresponding protein markers, through what we can understand the kidneys the extent of damage. In this paper, the clinical use of a wide range of urinary albumin (ALB), transferrin (TRF), immune globulin, retinol-binding protein (RBP),α1 microglobulin,β2-microglobulin, N-acetyl-p-D - glucosaminidase (NAG), Tamm-Harsefall protein (THP), as well as newly discovered glutathione S-transferase (GST), were described.
