目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者并发韦尼克(wernicke)脑病的临床特点、患病机制及诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2005年~2012年恶性肿瘤患者并发wernicke脑病的临床资料。结果12例经补充维生素B1症状迅速消失,2例因获得诊断较迟,存在智力障碍及眼球震颤、视物模糊等后遗症。结论由于wernicke脑病临床表现极不典型,因此对于wernicke脑病的易患人群,应保持高度警惕,住院后可常规补充维生素B1是预防及治疗wernicke脑病发生的关键。

The malignant clinical features of patients with encephalopathy Wernicke, illness mechanisms and diagnostic and therapeutic methods. Retrospective analysis of patients with malignant tumors in our hospital from 2005 to 2012 concurrent wernicke encephalopathy clinical data. 12 cases, as supplemented vitamin B1 symptoms quickly disappear, and two cases to be diagnosed later, the existence of mental retardation and nystagmus, blurred vision and other sequelae. Not typical clinical manifestations of wernicke encephalopathy,for wernicke encephalopathy susceptible population should remain on high alert after admission, routine supplementation of vitamin B1 is the key to prevention and the treatment wernicke encephalopathy.
