目的探讨临床上隐匿性lisfranc损伤的治疗及常见并发症预防.方法回顾分析我院门急诊保守治疗隐匿性lisfranc损伤26例临床资料，其中8例发生足弓改变.结果30.75%的隐匿性lisfranc损伤保守治疗并发足弓改变.结论隐匿性lisfranc损伤具有高漏诊率且后期容易并发足弓改变.因此，需要重视跗跖关节的生物力学特性，注意保持治疗过程中足弓的稳定性.

Objective To investigate the clinically occult Lisfranc injury treatment and complications prevention. Methods A retrospective analysis of the outpatient and emergency department of conservative treatment of occult Lisfranc injury in 26 cases of clinical data, 8 cases occurred arch change. Results 30.75% of the occult Lisfranc injury with conservative treatment with arch change. Conclusion The occult Lisfranc injury with a high rate of misdiagnosis and later easily complicated by arch change. Therefore, need to pay attention to the tarsometatarsal joint biomechanics, keep the treatment process of arch stability.
