目的通过调查分析宜丰县疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为今后疾控人力资源的合理配置提供参考依据.方法对宜丰县疾病预防控制机构人力资源情况调查资料进行整理,用Excel录入数据,SPSS10.0进行数据分析.结果宜丰县疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置为1.10人/万;学历中专及以下学历占50%;职称以初中级为主,其中初级占53.13%,中级占25%,无职称占21.87%;专业构成以预防医学为主占31.25%;年龄以中青年为主.结论该县疾病预防控制机构专业人员配置较少,学历层次较低,年龄构成相对合理.建议今后严格准入制度,按照有关要求配置足够人员,以医药卫生体制改革为契机引进高层次人才;加强继续医学教育,提高疾控专业队伍综合素质.

objective through the investigation and analysis of Yifeng disease prevention and control institutions human resources situation, for future disease control the rational allocation of human resources to provide reference. Method of centers for Disease Control and prevention in Yifeng county human resources survey data were collated by Excel SPSS10.0, data input, data analysis. Results the Centers for Disease Control and prevention in Yifeng county human resources allocation is 1.10 people / million; secondary education and education accounted for 50%; Title beginning to intermediate, junior 53.13%, intermediate 25%, no titles accounted for 21.87%; professional to preventive medicine accounted for 31.25%; age mainly in young and middle-aged. Conclusion the county of disease prevention and control institutions of professional staff in less, low level, relatively reasonable age structure. Recommendations for future strict admittance system, in accordance with the relevant requirements of sufficient personnel, based on the medical and health system reform as an opportunity to introduce high-level talents; continuing medical education, improve the comprehensive quality of the professional team of disease control and prevention.
