目的观察舒适护理模式应用于颌间牵引患者的护理效果。方法对38例颌间牵引患者随机分为观察组和对照组各19例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理模式，比较2组患者心理、生理舒适度，以及对护理质量和满意度的评价。结果观察组患者心理、生理舒适度评分显著低于对照组；观察组患者对护理质量和满意度评价均显著优于对照组。结论对颌间牵引患者实施舒适护理，可以提高患者的心理、生理舒适度，以及护理质量和满意度，调动患者在整个牵引过程中的积极性。
목적관찰서괄호리모식응용우합간견인환자적호리효과。방법대38례합간견인환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각19례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용서괄호리모식，비교2조환자심리、생리서괄도，이급대호리질량화만의도적평개。결과관찰조환자심리、생리서괄도평분현저저우대조조；관찰조환자대호리질량화만의도평개균현저우우대조조。결론대합간견인환자실시서괄호리，가이제고환자적심리、생리서괄도，이급호리질량화만의도，조동환자재정개견인과정중적적겁성。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing model in patients with nursing effect of intermaxillary traction. Method In 38 cases of intermaxillary traction patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 19 cases in each group, the control group with routine nursing, the observation group received comfort nursing model, compared 2 groups of patients with mental, physical comfort, as well as on nursing quality and satisfaction evaluation.Result The patients in the observation group psychological, physiological comfort score was significantly lower than that in the control group; patients in observation group on quality of care and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The comfortable nursing for patients with intermaxillary traction, can improve the patient's psychological, physical comfort, and quality of care and satisfaction, mobilize the patient in the traction process of enthusiasm.
