目的观察痔切除术后联合应用消肿痔疮胶囊及痔痛安擦剂的临床疗效.方法将104例痔切除术后患者随机分为两组，实验组52例痔切除术后联合应用消肿痔疮胶囊及痔痛安擦剂治疗，对照组52例采用传统痔切除术后换药治疗.观察2组患者术后疼痛、水肿、创面愈合时间.结果实验组术后疼痛、水肿轻，伤口愈合时间短，与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05).结论痔切除术后联合应用消肿痔疮胶囊及痔痛安擦剂起到清热燥湿、凉血止血、消肿止痛之效，可减轻痔疮术后疼痛、水肿，并明显缩短创面愈合时间，而且操作简便、疗效确切.
