目的探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病中的临床疗效方法对五峰妇幼保健院门诊和下乡宫颈疾病筛查经妇科检查、脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断不同类型宫颈疾病的住院患者204例采用LEEP手术治疗,切除病变组织和移行区,切除标本均送病理学检查.结果 LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病1次成功率97.0%,手术时间2~20min,平均7min,出血量10~20ml,有2例术后出血,术后无感染发生.结论 LEEP治疗各类宫颈疾病操作简单、损伤小、手术时间短、出血少、治疗效果好、可提供完整的病理标本,宫颈外形恢复快的优点,不影响妊娠,对早期诊断宫颈癌具有极高的临床价值,值得推广.

Objective: to investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of LEEP operation on cervical diseases Method:To do LEEP operations on 204 cases of inpatients preliminarily diagnosed with various cervical diseases by gynecological checkup, exfoliative cytology checkup, colposcopy and cervical examinations through outpatient of Wufeng Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Hubei Porvince and countryside cervical disease screening; to resect pathological tissue and transition zone and send the specimen for pathological examination.Result: one-time success rate of LEEP operation on cervical disease is 97%. Operating time is 2-20minutes, with 7 minutes in average. Hemorrhage volume is 10-20ml, with 2 cases of massive hemorrhage. There is no affection case after operation.Conclusion: The advantages of LEEP treatment on cervical diseases are easy operation, small trauma, short operation time, little hemorrhage, available complete pathological specimen, fast recovery of cervical contour and no impact on pregnancy, which are of highly clinical value on preliminary diagnosis of cervical cancer and worth publicity.
