目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合复合异丙酚在人工流产中的运用效果.方法180例早孕妇女随机分成2组，一组人工流产中应用瑞芬太尼联合复合异丙酚，另一组应用利多卡因，不采用任何干预措施.结果瑞芬太尼联合复合异丙酚组镇痛效果明显，与利多卡因组比较差异有显著性.(P<0.05)，且苏醒早、术后血压、心率、呼吸无明显变化，出血量与利多卡因组比较差异无显著性.结论瑞芬太尼联合复合异丙酚效果可靠，适合门诊无痛人工流产的麻醉要求.术中须密切观察呼吸、心率并缓慢注药以减少呼吸抑制和心动过缓的发生.

Objective:Study of remifentanil combined with propofol in artificial abortion effects. method 180 cases early pregnancy women random into 2 group, one group abortion in the application remifentanil joint composite different phenol, another a group application Lee more card due to, not used any intervention measures. results: effect of remifentanil combined with propofol groups analgesia, compared with lidocaine group differences are significant. (P<0.05):wake up early, postoperative blood pressure breathe no apparent change of heart rate, blood loss compared with lidocaine group no significant sex differences. conclusions: remifentanil combined with propofol effect reliable and suitable for requirement of anesthesia in outpatient artificial abortion. requires close observation of breathing, slow heart rate and injection to reduce the incidence of bradycardia and respiratory depression.
