目的探讨两种内镜下治疗方法对Dieulafoy病出血的疗效.方法将46例Dieulafoy病出血患者随机分为金属钛夹组(21例)、注射聚桂醇联合金属钛夹组(25例)，对出血灶进行治疗，评价两种治疗方法的止血率和再出血率的差异.结果金属钛夹组和注射联合钛夹组的所有患者均首次止血成功，即时止血率均为100%；金属钛夹组有5例发生再出血，再出血率为23.8%，注射联合钛夹组有2例发生在再出血，再出血率8%，两组再出血率差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论胃镜下注射聚桂醇联合钛夹治疗Dieulafoy病出血疗效可靠，优于单纯金属钛夹组.

Objective To evaluable the efficacy of two kinds of endoscopic therapies on Dieulafoy disease bleeding. Methods 46 patients with Dieulafoy disease bleeding were randomly divided into group of titanium clips(21cases)and group of injiection of Lauromacrogol combined with titanium clips(25cases)for treatment of bleeding. The rate of curative effect of hemostasia and rehaemorrhagia was compared. Results All the patients of the two groups were succeed at the first time hematischesis, the immediate hemostasis rate was 100%,the titanium clips group had 5 cases rebleeding, and the rehaemorrhagia rate was 23.8%,the injection combined with titanium clips group had 2 cases rebleeding, and the rehaemorrhagia rate was 8%. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions the curative effect of injection of Lauromacrogol with titanium clips was reliable, and was superior to treatment with titanium clips alone.
