目的探讨发现学习法在新护士职业技能培训中的应用效果.方法将80名新招聘护士随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统培训方法,观察组采用发现学习法进行职业技能培训,对2组综合(理论和操作)技能考核成绩和临床综合能力评分进行比较.结果观察组综合技能考核成绩和临床综合能力评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论发现学习法有利于培养新护士的自主学习能力、临床思维能力、实践能力、创新能力,能有效提高新护士的学习效果和职业技能.

objective To explore the application effects of discovery learning in occupation skill training for new nurses. Methods During the occupation skill training for new nurses, eighty new recruitment of nurses were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the traditional training method was used in the control group, while discovery learning was used in the observation group, the achievement of theory and operation of skills assessment and the score of clinical comprehensive ability were compared to in the two groups, respectively. Results Compared to the control group, the achievement of theory and operation of skills assessment and the score of clinical comprehensive ability were obviously higher in the observation group, which was statistically significance(P﹤0.05),respectively. Conclusion It is good for cultivating autonomous learning ability, clinical thinking ability, practice ability and innovation ability of new nurses, and furthermore, it is able to help to raise learning effect and occupation skill of them effectively.
