目的观察脑梗死伴颈动脉易损斑块病人单用阿托伐他汀或联用阿托伐他汀和普罗布考对颈动脉内中膜厚度和斑块面积的影响。方法60例住院诊断为脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化易损斑块的病人于住院期间充分评估危险因素，随机分为观察组和对照组，即阿托伐他汀组和阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考组。分别于1个月、6个月进行门诊随访。随访内容为血液化验血脂及肝酶、肌酶，彩超随访6个月时的颈动脉内中膜厚度，与住院时的血脂水平及彩超结果进行对比。结果观察组LDL水平在1个月及6个月时下降程度均低于对照组，颈动脉内中膜厚度在6个月时减低较对照组明显，两组均无明显不良反应。结论联用阿托伐他汀和普罗布考对脑梗死伴颈动脉易损斑块的治疗安全有效。
목적관찰뇌경사반경동맥역손반괴병인단용아탁벌타정혹련용아탁벌타정화보라포고대경동맥내중막후도화반괴면적적영향。방법60례주원진단위뇌경사반경동맥죽양경화역손반괴적병인우주원기간충분평고위험인소，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，즉아탁벌타정조화아탁벌타정연합보라포고조。분별우1개월、6개월진행문진수방。수방내용위혈액화험혈지급간매、기매，채초수방6개월시적경동맥내중막후도，여주원시적혈지수평급채초결과진행대비。결과관찰조LDL수평재1개월급6개월시하강정도균저우대조조，경동맥내중막후도재6개월시감저교대조조명현，량조균무명현불량반응。결론련용아탁벌타정화보라포고대뇌경사반경동맥역손반괴적치료안전유효。
objective: to observe the cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery vulnerable plaques with atorvastatin or combined atorvastatin and proletarian cloth to take an examination of carotid intima-media thickness and plaques area of influence. Methods: 60 patients in hospital diagnosis of cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques of patients in hospitalization fully evaluate risk factors, randomly divided into observation group and control group, namely atorvastatin group and atorvastatin joint porro cloth test group. Respectively on 1 months, 6 months follow-up clinics. Follow-up content for the blood assay blood lipid and liver enzyme, muscle enzymes, colour to exceed 6 months of follow-up of carotid intima-media thickness, and hospitalization of blood lipid level and colour to exceed results were compared. Results: observation group in LDL level 1 months and 6 months of decline are lower than those of control group, and carotid intima-media thickness in the six months to reduce a control group obviously, two groups are no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: combined atorvastatin and proletarian cloth exam on cerebral infarction with carotid artery vulnerable plaques treatment is safe and effective.
