目的探讨锁定钢板在治疗儿童股骨骨折中的疗效。方法自2009年5月至2012年5月,对39例儿童股骨骨折采用手术治疗,其中23采用锁定钢板治疗,16例采用弹性髓内针治疗,术后定期电话随访复查,观察术后的骨折恢复情况。结果锁定钢板治疗组23例股骨均在2月到5月的时间内愈合,平均15周时间,无一例感染、畸形愈合,无钢板断裂病例,2例患肢过长,1例出现患肢短缩；弹性髓内针组16例骨折均在2月到6月内愈合,平均15周,无感染病例,1例畸形愈合,1例患肢过度生长。结论锁定钢板可用于儿童股骨骨折的内固定治疗,疗效肯定,效果优良,和公认的弹性髓内针治疗效果无明显差异。
목적탐토쇄정강판재치료인동고골골절중적료효。방법자2009년5월지2012년5월,대39례인동고골골절채용수술치료,기중23채용쇄정강판치료,16례채용탄성수내침치료,술후정기전화수방복사,관찰술후적골절회복정황。결과쇄정강판치료조23례고골균재2월도5월적시간내유합,평균15주시간,무일례감염、기형유합,무강판단렬병례,2례환지과장,1례출현환지단축；탄성수내침조16례골절균재2월도6월내유합,평균15주,무감염병례,1례기형유합,1례환지과도생장。결론쇄정강판가용우인동고골골절적내고정치료,료효긍정,효과우량,화공인적탄성수내침치료효과무명현차이。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the locking compress plate in the treatment of children with femoral fractures; Methods From May 2009 to May 2012, 39 children with femoral fractures treated by surgery, 23 of which with locking plate , 16 patients with elastic intramedullary nail, we have regular telephone follow-up to observe the recovery of fracture after surgery; results 23 cases healed from 2 to 5 months in the locking plate treatment group, an average of 15 weeks, no case of infection, malunion, no case of broken plate, two cases of fractured limb are long,1 short; 16 patients with fractures are healing from 2 to 6 months in the elastic intramedullary nailing group, an average of 15 weeks, no cases of infection, 1 case of malunion one cases of limb overgrowth. Conclusion locking compress plate for internal fixation of femoral fractures in children, is effective, excellent results, there is no significant difference between locking compress plate and elastic intramedullary nail group.
