目的研究白藜芦醇对胆管癌细胞QBC939增殖的影响，探讨其可能的分子机制.方法 MTT比色法检测白藜芦醇对胆管癌细胞QBC939增殖的影响；Western blotting法检测白藜芦醇对p21和p27蛋白表达的影响.结果白藜芦醇对胆管癌QBC939细胞的增殖具有明显抑制作用，其抑制作用呈浓度和时间依赖性(P<0.05)；白藜芦醇明显上调p21和p27蛋白的表达，并呈浓度依赖性(P<0.05).结论白藜芦醇能明显抑制胆管癌QBC939细胞的增殖，其机制可能与调节p21和p27的表达，对细胞周期进行负向调节有关.

Objective: To investigate the effect of resveratrol on proliferation in cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939 and its molecular mechanism involved. Methods: The effect of resveratrol on proliferation in cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939 was studied by MTT assay. The effect of resveratrol on the expression of p21 and p27 was studied by Western blotting. Results: Resveratrol inhibited the proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939 significantly in a concentration-and time-dependent manner (P<0.05). The expressions of p21 and p27 were increased in a concentration-dependent manner in QBC939 cells treated with resveratrol (P<0.05). Conclusion: Resveratrol could significantly inhibit the proliferation of QBC939 cells by regulating the expressions of p21 and p27, which was related to negative regulation of cell cycle.
