目的探讨应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法自2010年1月-2011年9月对36例股骨粗隆问粉碎性骨折患者采用PFN内固定，对髋关节功能进行统计分析.结果根据Harris髋关节功能评分，优25例，良10例，差1例，手术治疗优良率为97.2%.结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折可以取得良好的疗效.
목적탐토응용고골근단방선수내정미창치료고골조륭간골절적료효.방법자2010년1월-2011년9월대36례고골조륭문분쇄성골절환자채용PFN내고정，대관관절공능진행통계분석.결과근거Harris관관절공능평분，우25례，량10례，차1례，수술치료우량솔위97.2%.결론고골근단방선수내정미창치료고골조륭간분쇄성골절가이취득량호적료효.
Objective To explore the effect application of minimally invasive treatment of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation on comminuted fracture fractures patients. Methods From January 2010 to August 2011, 36 patients with femoral comminuted fracture were treated with PFN. The hip joint function were statistically analyzed. Results According to Harris hip score, we found excellent in 25 eases, good in 10 cases and poor in 1 cases, with the excellent rate of 97.2%. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of proximal femoral nail can obtain good effect for the comminuted fractures patients.
