目的对比周围型肺癌患者的X线片与CT检查结果，以供临床参考.方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月~2012年3月收治的29例周围性肺癌患者的临床资料.所有患者在我院均进行了X线和CT检查，对比两种检查方法的差异.结果通过X线可观察到斑片状和小结节状的阴影，有分叶征、胸膜凹陷、毛刺和空泡征.CT可见：斑片样、小结节样、分叶样肿块，有毛刺，血管集束，且多有胸膜凹陷.结论通过X线能够判断出患者的肿瘤大小、形态，且费用较低；使用CT能够更加明确患者疾病情况进行判断，以降低X线误诊漏诊率.

Objective: To analyze the results of peripheral lung carcinoma patients with X-ray and CT scan for clinical reference. Methods: The clinical data of 29 patients with peripheral lung cancer patients was retrospectively investigated, who were hospitalizedin from January 2011 to March 2012 and all went on X-ray and CT scan. The value of the two methods were contrasted. Results: X-ray can observe the following signs, such as patch, nodule, lobulation, pleural indentation, spiculation, and vacuole, et al. CT can detect signs such as patch, nodule, lobulation, spiculation, vessel convergence, and pleural indentation, et al. Conclusion: X-ray can be used to estimate the tumor size, shape, and is inexpensive.With CT we can evaluate the state of the illness more precisely, and can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
