目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在急性睾丸扭转诊断的优越性。方法对11例经彩色多普勒超声诊断为急性睾丸扭转患者的发病情况、患睾超声表现、术中所见、治疗预后进行总结分析。结果11例患者均经手术证实为急性睾丸扭转，超声诊断准确率为100%；随着扭转持续时间的延长，患睾的损伤越明显，彩色多普勒超声显示睾丸的损伤程度和手术结果较一致。讨论彩色多普勒超声不仅可以及早、准确的诊断急性睾丸扭转，其图像特征还有助于后续治疗方案的选择及睾丸存活的评估，是基层医院用于急性阴囊疼痛鉴别诊断的首选方法。
목적탐토채색다보륵초성재급성고환뉴전진단적우월성。방법대11례경채색다보륵초성진단위급성고환뉴전환자적발병정황、환고초성표현、술중소견、치료예후진행총결분석。결과11례환자균경수술증실위급성고환뉴전，초성진단준학솔위100%；수착뉴전지속시간적연장，환고적손상월명현，채색다보륵초성현시고환적손상정도화수술결과교일치。토론채색다보륵초성불부가이급조、준학적진단급성고환뉴전，기도상특정환유조우후속치료방안적선택급고환존활적평고，시기층의원용우급성음낭동통감별진단적수선방법。
Objective To investigate the advantage of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute testicular torsion. Methods Summarized and analyzed the general information,ultrasound exhibition,intraoperative findings,treatment and prognosis of 11 subjects of acute testicular torsion diagnosised by color doppler ultrasonography. Results All 11 subjects were finally proved to be testicular torsion by surgery, the accuracy in diagnosis of testicular torsion with color doppler ultrasonography was 100%;testicular damage was going with time and the damage showed by ultrasound were quite consistent with the surgical results. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography can not only diagnosis acute testicular torsion early and accurately,its image features may be contribute to the treatment and prognosis subsequently;so color doppler ultrasonography is the first choice for differentiating acute scrotal pain in primary hospital.
