目的探讨小儿手足口病发病的临床特点,总结诊断和治疗经验,从中获得小儿手足口病的临床治疗对策,以期提高临床诊断率及治疗效果.方法对2011年5月-2011年6月我院收治的120例手足口病患儿作回顾性分析,对其临床表现,病情变化,治疗方法,转归进行回顾性分析并加以总结.结果经治疗,120例患儿中治愈66例(55.00%),总有效率99.17%.有6例出现严重并发症,其中脑膜炎3例,心肌炎2例,肺水肿1例,经专科会诊治疗后痊愈,所有病例转归良好,未出现死亡病例.结论应做好小儿手足口病的防范工作,及早诊断和及早治疗是提高小儿手足口病疗效的关键.

Objective: To investigate clinical features and treatment strategies of children with hand-foot -and-mouth disease and improve the rate of clinical diagnosis and treatment effects. Methods: Clinical data of 120 patients with hand-foot -and -mouth disease in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2011 were reviewed and summarized the clinical performance,changes in condition,treatment and prognosis. Results: After treatment, 66 cases ( 55.00% ) were cured in120 patients and the total effective rate was 99.17% . 6 cases of serious complications , including 3 cases of meningitis,2 cases of myocarditis,1 cases of pulmonary edema , recovered after specialist clinic for treatment,a good outcome in all cases , no deaths.Conclusion:The The disease prevention , early diagnosis and early treatment is key to raise efficacy of children with hand-foot -and -mouth disease.
