目的探讨优质护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中实施的重要性。方法对2012年上半年与下半年即实施优质护理，病人满意度进行统计分类分析。结果优质护理的应用效果病人满意度由上半年的88.7%提高至96.2%，下半年比上半年提高了7.5%。讨论通过积极有效的优质护理，正确有效落实腹腔镜下胆囊切除术护理临床路径，是让病人满意度提升，护理质量得到提高的重要举措。

Objective: To investigate the importance of implementing high quality nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients. Methods: To make a statistical analysis of patient satisfaction about the implementation of high quality nursing in the first half and the second half of 2012. Results: The result of the high quality nursing application makes patient satisfaction increase from 88.7% to 96.2% in the first half of 2012, increasing by 7.5% in the second half of 2012. Discussion: It’s an important measure to make the patients satisfied and to improve quality of nursing care through the positive and effective high quality nursing, correct and effective implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical nursing path.
