目的了解梅毒快速血浆反应素试验（RPR）、梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）、酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和梅毒螺旋体抗体被动颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）的敏感性和特异性。方法采用RPR、TRUST、ELISA和TPPA同时对202份梅毒患者血清标本进行检测，以TPPA作为参考标准，分别统计RPR、TRUST和ELISA的敏感性和特异性。结果 RPR、TRUST、ELISA诊断梅毒的敏感性分别为84.16%、88.12%、98.51%；特异性均为96.67%；ELISA与TPPA检测阳性率差异无统计学意义,RPR、TRUST与TPPA法检测阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论 ELISA法具有较高的敏感性和特异性法，可用于临床筛查和梅毒感染的确证试验。

Objective: Knowledge about syphilis rapid plasma reagin test (RPR), syphilis toluidine red unheated serum test (TRUST), enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and treponemal antibody passive particle agglutination test (TPPA) sensitivity and specificity. Methods:Using RPR, TRUST, ELISA and TPPA simultaneously on 202 patients with syphilis sera, taking TPPA as the reference standard, RPR, TRUST and ELISA were calculated the sensitivity and specificity of. Results:RPR, TRUST, ELISA diagnosis of syphilis in a sensitivity of 84.16%, 88.12%, 98.51%; specificity was 96.67%;ELISA and TPPA positive rate was no significant difference, RPR, TRUST and TPPA method for detecting positive rate had a significant difference. Conclusion:The ELISA method has high sensitivity and specificity of the method, can be used for clinical screening and confirmatory test for syphilis infection.
