目的探讨预防肿瘤住院患者跌倒的有效护理措施。方法 将2011年入院的1815例肿瘤住院患者设为对照组，2012年入院的2134例肿瘤住院患者设为观察组。对照组采用常规防跌倒措施，观察组采用防跌倒综合护理干预措施。结果 对照组患者跌倒发生率0.88%，观察组患者跌倒发生率0.14%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肿瘤住院患者中采用防跌倒综合护理干预措施，可有效地预防肿瘤患者跌倒的发生。

목적탐토예방종류주원환자질도적유효호리조시。방법 장2011년입원적1815례종류주원환자설위대조조，2012년입원적2134례종류주원환자설위관찰조。대조조채용상규방질도조시，관찰조채용방질도종합호리간예조시。결과 대조조환자질도발생솔0.88%，관찰조환자질도발생솔0.14%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 재종류주원환자중채용방질도종합호리간예조시，가유효지예방종류환자질도적발생。
Objective: To investigate the prevention of Tumor Inpatients' tumble effective nursing measures. Methods:the 1815 cases hospitalized in 2011 patients as control group, 2134 cases hospitalized in 2012 patients as observation group. The control group adopted conventional falls prevention measures, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures of preventing tumble. Results: the patients in the control group the incidence of falls in the observation group were 0.88%, the incidence of falls 0.14%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in patients with anti fall in comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can effectively prevent the occurrence of tumor patients fall.
