目的了解水痘住院患者临床特点，为有效预防和治疗水痘提供根据。方法对我院2011年1月—12月收治的197例水痘住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果水痘全年散发，以3月、5—7月、10—12月发病率高，6—29岁为发病高峰，达71.57%。发病早期症状不典型，前驱期较长，全身症状明显，皮疹较多，可见较大疱疹，易继发细菌感染，可累及手掌、脚掌。并发症以皮肤感染、肺炎、心肌损伤、肝脏损伤较多。结论水痘患者的发病年龄明显后移，症状较重，并发症较多。建议将水痘减毒活疫苗列为儿童计划免疫，并对青壮年进行疫苗强化免疫，降低水痘的发病率。
목적료해수두주원환자림상특점，위유효예방화치료수두제공근거。방법대아원2011년1월—12월수치적197례수두주원환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과수두전년산발，이3월、5—7월、10—12월발병솔고，6—29세위발병고봉，체71.57%。발병조기증상불전형，전구기교장，전신증상명현，피진교다，가견교대포진，역계발세균감염，가루급수장、각장。병발증이피부감염、폐염、심기손상、간장손상교다。결론수두환자적발병년령명현후이，증상교중，병발증교다。건의장수두감독활역묘렬위인동계화면역，병대청장년진행역묘강화면역，강저수두적발병솔。
Objective To analysis the clinical characteristics of 197 inpatients with varicella and search methods of the prevention and therapy for the disease.Method To retrospectively analyze the clinical date of 197 varicella inpatients in 2011 in shenyang municipal sixth people's hospital.Results Peoples could be infected through all the year,most of varicella cases occurred in March,May to July,October to December.71.57% varicella cases occurred in 6 to 29.The incipient symptom was unrepresentative.Prodromal period got extension.Constitutional symptoms were obviously,tetter distributing was intensiver, bullous eruption were found.Palm and sole of foot were involve.The main complications were bacterial infections in eryt hra,pneumonitis,myocardial damage and hepatic injury.Conclusions The high incidence period of varicella inpatients was delayed.Most inpatients presented typical clinical manifestations of varicella and had more complications.Accordingly,in order to decreaseing incidence of varicella, it is suggested that live attenuated varicella vaccine would be carried out planned immunity for children and revaccination with the young and adult is recommended.
