目的观察老年人胃肠息肉内镜下采取高频电治疗的效果。方法将我院收治的年龄≧60岁72例老年患者为观察组，同期70例年龄＜60岁的为对照组，均行内镜下胃肠息肉高频电治疗，对比两组患者治疗情况。结果两组患者在治愈率、术中、术后并发症发生率、随访一个月和一年的息肉残留率和复发率皆无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论老年人胃肠息肉采取内镜下高频电治疗效果较好。
목적관찰노년인위장식육내경하채취고빈전치료적효과。방법장아원수치적년령≧60세72례노년환자위관찰조，동기70례년령＜60세적위대조조，균행내경하위장식육고빈전치료，대비량조환자치료정황。결과량조환자재치유솔、술중、술후병발증발생솔、수방일개월화일년적식육잔류솔화복발솔개무현저성차이（P＞0.05）。결론노년인위장식육채취내경하고빈전치료효과교호。
Objective: The endoscopic observation elderly gastrointestinal polyps to take the effect of high-frequency electrical treatment. Methods: my hospital age ≥ 60 years, 72 cases of elderly patients in the observation group, the same period 70 patients aged <60 years for the control group, underwent endoscopic gastrointestinal polyps high-frequency electrical treatment, comparing the two groups of patients treatment . Results: The patients in the cure rate, the surgery, the incidence of postoperative complications, follow-up one month and one year of polyps residual rate and recurrence rate was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: the elderly gastrointestinal polyps endoscopic better high-frequency electric therapy.
