目的对比分析心脏64-排螺旋CT和选择性冠状动脉造影对心肌桥的诊断价值。方法 入选同时行心脏64-排螺旋CT和选择性冠脉造影的疑诊冠心病患者78例，对比分析两种检查方法对心肌桥诊断的阳性率。结果 心脏64-排螺旋CT对心肌桥的诊断阳性率是17.9%，选择性冠状动脉造影对心肌桥的诊断阳性率是3.8%。结论 心脏64-排螺旋CT可以作为一个诊断心肌桥可靠方法并有其局限性。

목적대비분석심장64-배라선CT화선택성관상동맥조영대심기교적진단개치。방법 입선동시행심장64-배라선CT화선택성관맥조영적의진관심병환자78례，대비분석량충검사방법대심기교진단적양성솔。결과 심장64-배라선CT대심기교적진단양성솔시17.9%，선택성관상동맥조영대심기교적진단양성솔시3.8%。결론 심장64-배라선CT가이작위일개진단심기교가고방법병유기국한성。
Objective: To compare the valuations of 64-slice spiral computed tomography with selective X-ray coronary angiography in diagnosing myocardial bridge. Methods: 78 cases of patients who probable have coronary heart disease and have been given 64-slice spiral computed tomography and selective X-ray coronary angiography were selected. Positive rate of this two methods were compared. Results: The positive rate of 64-slice spiral computed tomography was 17.9%. The positive rate of selective X-ray coronary angiography was 3.8%. Conclusions: 64-slice Spiral Computed Tomography was a dependable method in diagnosing myocardial bridge, but it had some limitations also.
