目的评价3种正畸用镍钛形状记忆合金丝的镍离子析出量。方法于2012年5月至2012年9月,在辽宁省人民医院口腔科选择正畸临床常用的3种品牌镍钛形状记忆合金丝(A:Masel牌美国产热激活型镍钛牙齿矫形丝;B:Smart牌国产热激活型镍钛牙齿矫形丝;C:有研亿金牌国产镍钛丝),制作试件各若干枚,长度1㎝,放入EP管中,加入配置好的PH值为4.0,6.8的人工唾液中恒温培养,于浸泡4周后取出样本,测试各试管中的镍离子含量。对3种品牌正畸用镍钛形状记忆合金丝的镍离子析出量进行比较和评价。结果在pH4.0和pH6.75的人工唾液中,A组、B组、C组合金丝在pH值4.0的情况下镍离子析出量明显高于pH值6.75的(P<0.05);在同一人工唾液中A弓丝镍离子析出量的最小,C弓丝镍离子析出量的最大。结论不同品牌、不同PH值条件下,正畸用镍钛弓丝镍离子析出量不同。

목적평개3충정기용얼태형상기억합금사적얼리자석출량。방법우2012년5월지2012년9월,재요녕성인민의원구강과선택정기림상상용적3충품패얼태형상기억합금사(A:Masel패미국산열격활형얼태아치교형사;B:Smart패국산열격활형얼태아치교형사;C:유연억금패국산얼태사),제작시건각약간매,장도1㎝,방입EP관중,가입배치호적PH치위4.0,6.8적인공타액중항온배양,우침포4주후취출양본,측시각시관중적얼리자함량。대3충품패정기용얼태형상기억합금사적얼리자석출량진행비교화평개。결과재pH4.0화pH6.75적인공타액중,A조、B조、C조합금사재pH치4.0적정황하얼리자석출량명현고우pH치6.75적(P<0.05);재동일인공타액중A궁사얼리자석출량적최소,C궁사얼리자석출량적최대。결론불동품패、불동PH치조건하,정기용얼태궁사얼리자석출량불동。
Objective To evaluate the precipitation of nickel ions from Three Different Orthodontic Nickel-titanium Shape Memory Alloy Wires. Methods Three Different nickel titanium shape memory alloy wires(A:the Masel brand thermally activated nickel titanium orthodontic wire made in American; B:the Smart brand domestic thermally activated nickel titanium orthodontic wire;C: the Grikin brand domestic nickel titanium wire) used in orthodontic treatment were selected to make several specimens in length of 1cm in the People's Hosptial of Liaoning Province from May 2012 to September 2012.Then they were cultured in thermostatic artificial saliva at PH 4.0,6.8 in EP tubes.After 4 weeks, the samples were removed to check out the nickel ion content of the tubes. Result The amount of nickel ion precipitation of three groups was significantly higher in the case of pH4.0 than that in case of pH6.75 (P<0.05);then the amount of the nickel ion precipitation was the highest in Part A and the lowest in Part C at the same artificial saliva. Conclusion The amount of nickel ion precipitation is associated with the types of orthodontic nickel titanimu arch wires, as well as the PH of saliva.
