目的：观察复方鳖甲软肝片对慢性丙型肝炎患者血清相关细胞因子和炎症纤维化指标的影响。方法选择2009年11月至2011年7月南华大学附属第一医院住院及门诊收治的50例慢性丙型肝炎患者，将其分为两组，对照组24例给予常规保肝治疗，治疗组26例在常规保肝治疗基础上加用复方鳖甲软肝片治疗，疗程为24周。观察两组患者治疗前后的肝纤维化指标[透明质酸（HA）、层粘连蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PC-Ⅲ）、Ⅳ型胶原（C-Ⅳ））及血清相关细胞因子[白介素-2（IL-2）、IL-6、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）]的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后的HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、C-Ⅳ及IL-6较治疗前显著减少，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），IL-2、IFN-γ较治疗前明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且各指标与对照组治疗后比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论复方鳖甲软肝片对慢性丙型肝炎有一定的抗肝纤维化作用。
목적：관찰복방별갑연간편대만성병형간염환자혈청상관세포인자화염증섬유화지표적영향。방법선택2009년11월지2011년7월남화대학부속제일의원주원급문진수치적50례만성병형간염환자，장기분위량조，대조조24례급여상규보간치료，치료조26례재상규보간치료기출상가용복방별갑연간편치료，료정위24주。관찰량조환자치료전후적간섬유화지표[투명질산（HA）、층점련단백（LN）、Ⅲ형전효원（PC-Ⅲ）、Ⅳ형효원（C-Ⅳ））급혈청상관세포인자[백개소-2（IL-2）、IL-6、간우소-γ（IFN-γ）]적변화정황。결과치료조치료후적HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、C-Ⅳ급IL-6교치료전현저감소，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05），IL-2、IFN-γ교치료전명현승고，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；차각지표여대조조치료후비교，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론복방별갑연간편대만성병형간염유일정적항간섬유화작용。
Objective To observe the effects of Fufangbiejiaruanganpian on serum cytokines and inflammatory fibrosis indicators in patients with chronic hepatitis C(CHC). Methods Totally 50 patients with CHC,who were received in outpatient or hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from November 2009 to June 2011 ,were selected and di-vided into two groups:the contorl group(n=24) and the treatment group(n=26). The control group was with routine liver-protec-tive treatment,while the treatment group was added with FFBJRGP for treatment on the basis of control group,and treatment course in both groups was 24 weeks. The indicators of hepatic fibrosis[hyaluronic acid (HA),laminin(LN),typeⅢprocollagen (PC-Ⅲ) and typeⅣcollagen(C-Ⅳ)] and serum cytokines[interleukin(IL)-2,IL-6 and interferon(IFN)-γ] before and after treat-ment in the two groups were observed. Results The levels of HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,C-Ⅳand IL-6 in the treatment group after treat-ment reduced obviously than those before treatment with statistically significance (P<0.05);the levels of IL-2,IFN-γwere remark-ably higher than those before treatment with statistically significance(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups on indicators had statistical significance ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The Fufangbiejiaruanganpian can prevent liver fibrosis to some extent in patients with CHC.
