随着中国高等教育教学改革的发展，我国在本科人才培养中对实践教学的重视程度越来越高，“卓越工程师教育培养计划”处于起步发展阶段，该计划旨在培养实践操作能力强、创新意识和创新能力强的卓越人才。因此，分析了现行教学的特点及存在的问题，并以黑龙江科技大学采矿工程专业为例，设计了新的培养方案，进而研究了实施该方案的质量保障体系。

With the development of teaching reform of China's higher education, more and more attention is paid to the practice teaching in undergraduate talent training."Outstanding Engineers Education Training Plan", which is in the initial stage of the development, aims at cultivating outstanding talents with high practice ability, innovation consciousness and high innovation ability. Therefore, the article analyzed the characteristics and the problems of the current teaching, and took the mining engineering specialty of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology as an example, a new training program was designed and the quality assurance system to implement the program was discussed.
