目的:探讨综合性实验在《妇产科护理学》实验教学中的应用,说明综合性实验能提高和有利于培养学生的综合能力。方法以西安医学院2010级护理专业266名本科生作为研究对象,按班级分组,1011、1012、1013班为研究组(135名),1014、1015、1016班为对照组(131名);研究组采用综合性实验教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。自行设计两组教学后提高和培养综合能力的调查问卷,比较两组学生在提高和培养综合能力的不同,并对两组学生进行考试成绩比较。结果在提高和培养学生综合能力方面,即基础理论的理解力,组织、归纳、逻辑推理能力,分析和解决问题的能力,自主学习能力,文献检索和信息处理能力,主动思维能力等方面具有优越性,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组客观题成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P≥0.05),但其附加分析综合题成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性实验在培养和提高学生综合能力上具有优越性,该方法值得在《妇产科护理学》实验教学中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive experiment in experimental teaching of Nursing for Gynaecology and Obetetrics,so as to prove that comprehensive experiment can improve students′ comprehensive ability con-ducively. Methods Totally 266 undergraduate students from Grade 2010 in Nursing Department of Xi′an Medical University from were taken as research objects and divided into research group(n=135,Class 1011,1012 and 1013) and control group(n=131,Class 1014,1015 and 1016). The research group adopted comprehensive experiment teaching method,while the control group applied traditional teaching method. Self-designed questionnaire on improving and cultivating comprehensive ability in the two groups after teaching was conducted to compare the difference on comprehensive ability of the students in the two groups and examination performance. Results The research group was superior to the control group on improving and cultivating compre-hensive ability of the students,including the comprehension of basic theory,the ability of organization,inductive and logical rea-soning,the ability to analyze and solve problems,the ability of autonomous learning,the ability of information retrieval and infor-mation processing and the ability of active thinking and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The comparison between the two groups on performance of objective items had no statistically significant difference (P≥0.05), whereas,the performance of additionally comprehensive items in the research group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive experiments have a significant advantage in developing and improving the synthetic ability of stu-dents, and it is worthy of promotion and application in experimental teaching of Nursing for Gynaecology and Obetetrics.
