目的：探讨50~60岁男性高尿酸与空腹血糖、血脂、血压等代谢综合征（MS）指标的相互关系。方法以2013年10月进行体检的486例50~60岁男性作为研究对象，检测其血清中尿酸、血脂、血糖水平。根据检测结果分为高尿酸组（125例）和正常尿酸组（361例），分析高尿酸与MS各指标的相关性。结果尿酸阳性125例（25.7%），高尿酸组MS及高血压、高血糖、高三酰甘油（TG）、超体质量或肥胖、脂肪肝等患病率远高于正常尿酸组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；高尿酸组舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）、TG以及体质量指数（BMI）水平明显高于正常尿酸组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；高尿酸血症与DBP、TG、BMI相关（r=0.10、0.12、0.13，P<0.05）。结论高尿酸者MS患病率远高于健康人，且与MS组分中DBP、TG及体质量呈显著正相关，提示在临床工作中应加强对高尿酸血症的尿酸控制认识，以防止MS。

목적：탐토50~60세남성고뇨산여공복혈당、혈지、혈압등대사종합정（MS）지표적상호관계。방법이2013년10월진행체검적486례50~60세남성작위연구대상，검측기혈청중뇨산、혈지、혈당수평。근거검측결과분위고뇨산조（125례）화정상뇨산조（361례），분석고뇨산여MS각지표적상관성。결과뇨산양성125례（25.7%），고뇨산조MS급고혈압、고혈당、고삼선감유（TG）、초체질량혹비반、지방간등환병솔원고우정상뇨산조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；고뇨산조서장압（DBP）、수축압（SBP）、TG이급체질량지수（BMI）수평명현고우정상뇨산조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；고뇨산혈증여DBP、TG、BMI상관（r=0.10、0.12、0.13，P<0.05）。결론고뇨산자MS환병솔원고우건강인，차여MS조분중DBP、TG급체질량정현저정상관，제시재림상공작중응가강대고뇨산혈증적뇨산공제인식，이방지MS。
Objective To investigate the correlation of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome (MS) indicators including fasting plasma glucose(FPG),serum lipid,blood pressure and so on of 50-60-year-old men. Methods Totally 468 men,who had medical examination in the hospital in October 2013 ,were selected as research objects and divided into hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid(NUA) group according to the detection results. The relevance of hyperuricemia and indicators of MS was analyzed. Results A total of 125 cases were with positive UA accounting for 25.7%. The prevalence rates of MS ,hyperlipaemia,hyper-glycemia,high triacylglycerol(TG),overweight or obesity,fatty liver disease and so on in the hyperuricemia group were far higher than those in the NUA group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the levels of diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),TG and body mass index(BMI) in the hyperuricemia group were obviously higher than those in the NUA group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the hyperuricemia was correlated with DBP,TG,BMI(r=0.10,0.12,0.13;P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence rate of patients with hyperuricemia is far higher than that of the healthy,and the DBP and TG are positively related with the BMI in MS,which shows that it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of uric acid to prevent MS in the clinic.
