本文通过对上海新天地成功的商业开发模式及成都锦里的成功经营的分析,针对窑湾的实际情况,提出窑湾的商业模式应为传统商业街加现代时尚的商业中心模式。在产业经营上以本土化为主,保证产业的唯一性。并通过分散经营、统一管理的方式来提升街区品质。

In this article, the author bases on the analysis of the successful business development model of Shanghai Xinti-andi and the successful operation of Chengdu Jinli, and put fo-rward that the kiln bay business model should be traditional commercial street and commercial center of modern fashion model according to the actual situation of kiln bay. On the ind-ustrial management is given priority to with local management and ensure the uniqueness of industry, and then through the way of decentralized operation and unified management to en-hance the quality of block.
